সিরাজদিখান পরিবহনে অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া আদায়ের অভিযোগ!

মুন্সিগঞ্জের সিরাজদিখানে অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া আদায়ের অভিযোগ পাওয়া গেছে। উপজেলার কুসুমপর-যাত্রাবাড়ী রুটে চলাচলরত সিরাজদিখান পরিবহনের বিরুদ্ধে অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া আদায় এমন অভিযোগ তোলেন  ভুক্তভোগী বাস যাত্রীরা। বাসের ভিতরে ভাড়ার তালিকা টাঙিয়ে জোর পূর্বক যাত্রীদের কাছ থেকে নেওয়া হচ্ছে অতিরিক্ত  ভাড়া। এতে অনেক যাত্রীরা কন্ট্রাক্টর ও  হেলপারদের সাথে তর্ক বাধিয়ে দিচ্ছে। এমনকি বাস থেকে যাত্রীদের নেমে যেতেও লক্ষ্য করা গেছে। বর্তমানে সিরাজদিখান পরিবহনে কুসুমপুর ও ইছাপুরা থেকে ঢাকা ৬০ টাকা, সিরাজদিখান বাজার থেকে ঢাকা ৫০ টাকা করে ভাড়া নেওয়া হচ্ছে। যা আগের তুলনায় ১০-১৫ টাকা অতিরিক্ত আদায় করা হচ্ছে। সরকার কর্তৃক গণপরিবহনে অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া আদায়ের ব্যপারে নিষেধাজ্ঞা থাকার পরও সরকারী নিয়মনীতির কোন প্রকার তোয়াক্কা না করে অসাধূ বাস মালিকপক্ষ যাত্রীদের জিম্মি করে আদায় করছে অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া। বাস যাত্রীরা অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া আদায়ের বিষয়টি আমলে নিয়ে যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহনে প্রশাসনের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করেছেন।

সিরাজদিখান থেকে ঢাকা গামী বাসের যাত্রী আজাদ বিন আজম নাদভী জানান, বাসের ভাড়া আগে ৩০ টাকা ছিলো তারপর ৪০ টাকা হলো। এখন ভাড়া ৫০ টাকা। ৩০ কি.মি রাস্তা যেতে যদি এত টাকা ভাড়া নেয় তবে এটা আমাদের জন্যে খুব অতিরিক্ত হয়ে যায়। বাসে দেখলাম একটি সাদা কাগজে কম্পোজ করে তাতে ভাড়ার চার্ট দেয়া। সেখানে ভাড়া নির্ধারণকারী একটি যাত্রী ফোরামের নাম। যাত্রীদের হয়রানী করে এবং জিম্মি করে অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া আদায় কারীদের বিরুদ্ধে প্রশাসনের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি।

সিরাজদিখান পরিবহনের সুপার ভাইজার মুঠোফোনে বলেন, আপনারা সাংবাদিকরা পাইছেন কি? খালি বাসের ভাড়া নিয়া পইরা থাকেন! এবিষয়ে আমি আপনাদের কাছে কিছু বলার দায়বদ্ধতা রাখিনা। যা পারেন করেন।
