কেরানীগঞ্জস্থ ফরিদপুরের ৪নং চর নাসিরপুর ইউনিয়নবাসির আয়োজনে আসন্ন ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ নির্বাচনে সম্ভাব্য আওয়ামী লীগ প্রার্থী হিসেবে মিরাজ বেপারীর সমর্থন আদায়ে সমাবেশ অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে।

আজ (১২ই মার্চ) শুক্রবার সন্ধ্যায় কেরানীগঞ্জের কালিগঞ্জ সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় মাঠে এ সমাবেশ অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।এতে কেরানীগঞ্জে বসবাসকারী চরনাছিরপুর ইউনিয়নের কয়েক শতাধিক বাসিন্দা সমাবেশে অংশগ্রহণ করেন।

চুন্নু মোল্লার সভাপতিত্বে ও মুক্তারুজামান মুন্সির সঞ্চালনায় এতে প্রধান বক্তা হিসেবে বক্তব্য রাখেন ঢাকা জেলা শ্রমিক লীগের সভাপতি এমদাদুল হক দাদন,বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন চর নাসিরপুর ইউনিয়ন আওয়ামী লীগের সাংগঠনিক সম্পাদক তারা মাদবর, যুগ্মসাধারণ সম্পাদক বিদ্যুৎ হাওলাদার, সাবেক সাংগঠনিক সম্পাদক আকতার বেপারী, ৩ নং ওয়ার্ড আওয়ামী লীগের সভাপতি সিদ্দিক হাওলাদার সহ ইউনিয়ন আওয়ামী লীগের বিভিন্ন নেতৃবৃন্দ। এ সময় বক্তারা ইউনিয়ন আওয়ামী লীগের সাধারণ সম্পাদক মিরাজ বেপারী কে আসন্ন ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ নির্বাচনে নৌকার প্রার্থী হিসেবে ঘোষণা করার জন্য জোর দাবি জানান।

প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্যে চর নাসিরপুর ইউনিয়নের সম্ভাব্য আওয়ামী লীগ প্রার্থী মিরাজ বেপারী ভোটারদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলেন, বিগত দিনে চর নাছিরপুর ইউনিয়নে আপনারা অনেক চেয়ারম্যান দেখেছেন, আর বর্তমানে দেশের ক্রান্তিলগ্নে এই করোনাকালীন সময়ে তাদের কার্যক্রম ও দেখেছেন।আর আমি আপনাদের জন্য করোনা কালে কি কি করেছি তা সম্পর্কে আপনারা অবগত। এছাড়াও দলের দুঃসময়ে কে মাঠে ছিল, কে দলীয় নেতাকর্মীদের বিভিন্ন সমস্যা সমাধানে মাঠে থেকে নেতৃত্ব দেয়, এসব বিবেচনা করে আপনারা প্রার্থী নির্বাচন করবেন।
